Eligibility: Local Dues-paid, ASIS Cleveland Chapter Members are eligible to win Rewards.
Purpose: To help your chapter grow and to prosper, by members working together to create increased opportunities to enhance the experience of chapter membership, and to contribute positively to the experience of being a successful professional in security.
Win how? Regardless, you win by participating. Always. Fact. It?s a very positive experience to contribute to your profession and your peers, to work together, to be part of something larger than your own sphere that can contribute to your career and future, and to be recognized as a security professional for what you do. It wouldn?t be hard to agree with that. How can you help? Step up. Help how? ASIS Cleveland (local funds) is awarding members like you with rewards, benefits, and recognition for the following: as appropriate during pandemic
1. Hosting a meeting (or arranging/finding any appropriate meeting location) at your facility, and to feature your organization on our website with a description, photo, directions, credit due, and with website (link) hyperlink to your organization website, if and as appropriate. If appropriate, a facility tour (security orientation). Food availability, or if outside catering can be provided, is required. 2. Providing a high quality speaker from your organization or another org., someone you know, unquestioned expertise, or other speaker of interest to and appropriate to address our security membership. Maybe that?s you. And to feature the person, credentials, expertise, descriptions, brief bio, on our website. Afterward a link or links as appropriate to the person/organization. 3. Bringing quality guests consistently to appropriate meetings like an HR person, law enforcement, attorneys, fellow security practitioners. 4. Joining and actively participating with officers and fellow members on the Executive Committee, attending and participating in officer/Exec. Committee meetings, volunteering for an open role, or choosing tasks in agreement with governing officers. 5. Assisting in helping the chapter grow in various and perhaps creative ways, and increasing recognition of the chapter in the security and general community. Open.

Overall OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTING SECURITY MEMBER Reward:

Pins, as beginning examples SUGGEST... ? Other rewards are under consideration. Suggestions are welcome. Please. Which of any of the above ( 1 through 5 ) or what role would fit your interest? Standard roles and functions can be viewed ( click HERE ) to see Exec. Comm. positions. In agreement with the officers, create your own position and functions, if applicable and approved. Consider, and identity your interest.
